Not only was Fred so kind and polite, he took time to pay attention to my attachment to these chairs, which belonged to my grandmother. He brought them back to the classy life they previously lived 🩵💚🩵! Thank you for talent and your kindness.

Told me the seats would be perfect, was quoted much less over the phone, I show up and it's double. But I was there and I was promised perfection. I got a bunch of seats that were not any where near perfect. They all have crooked stitches, they all have a bunch of lines under the vinyl. They didn't put the foam layer over the foam cushion, so you can see all of the imperfections! Looks terrible. The seats had spray adhesive all over them. It took well over an hour to clean them. The strip on the back of the seats that hides the straps was falling off and was only stapled once every 6 inches at an angle and it ripped right off. Total garbage work. I told another shop about this clown and they told me they heard the same stuff, they told me the job was priced almost double and since the seats are very unsmooth they technically need to be redone as it will only show worse with age and use. I disputed the charge and sent the pics to the bank and since he didn't win the dispute is now trying to sue me. Don't do business with this guy. Totally over priced and a totally sloppy job. I had to spend hours correcting his mess ups. That's not what a customer needs to be doing afte

I couldn’t be happier with the work Fred’s Upholstery did on my 1988 Ford F-150. From the start, their customer service was genuine and top-notch—they really took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. What stood out the most was how patient and helpful they were in guiding me through color options to get the perfect match. They didn’t rush the process and made sure every detail was just right. The craftsmanship absolutely exceeded my expectations. You can tell they take real pride in their work, and it shows in every stitch. On top of all that, the pricing was more than fair for the level of quality they deliver. If you’re working on any kind of restoration project, I highly recommend Fred’s Upholstery. You won’t be disappointed.

I had Fred reupholster my ottoman, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The material he chose was fantastic, and you can really tell he puts a lot of thought and care into his work. His attention to detail is impeccable, and the finished product looks brand new. I highly recommend Fred for anyone looking for top-quality upholstery work. You won’t be disappointed!

Fred you’re the best I wish I could give you 6 stars for the work you did!! Fred is a true craftsman, and a truly amazing upholsterer- like really really good. He was kind, so trustworthy, and he was such a reasonable price! I went to 10 different places in Austin and he was the place I could afford so I crossed my fingers he would also do an amazing job and he did. I am literally so happy with my couch and the work he did. He also did it all in like 2 weeks and came and picked it up and dropped it off he was phenomenal! I recommend him to anyone looking to reupholster their furniture 100%
